30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Request a Refund To initiate a return, please contact us at topsupplyincorp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
