1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We reserve the right to delay processing in the event of high order volume, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Ova shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

4. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Ova is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

5. Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. The Ova is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been placed cannot be guaranteed.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments Once an order has been handed to the carrier, The Ova is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving carrier-related issues but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier errors.

7. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages unless the item is returned to us in its original condition.

8. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

9. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
